I'm thinking about seeing if I can get my hands on one. What has this been trading for recently, if at all? I haven't seen really anything in recent months in ISO:FT on it, and search didn't find much so I'm just looking for a starting point. Any info like bottle counts, etc. is welcome if you know it.

    Thanks!

I think this was brewed specifically for a friend's wedding and then some was bottled afterwords. Not sure of an exact bottle count but I would assume it was silly small. And it was a while ago..

Around 230-260 bottles, one bottle limit. It was incredibly hard to get the day it came out, so it seems most people have just moved on from trying to obtain it.

I was fortunate enough to just get one in today. Traded a Beatification B5, 3F Golden Blend, and Sang Royal for it. I feel like that was on the lower side as well...because if anyone still has it they normally want something of equal rarity rather than a package deal like I did.

I'm not sure where xpimp got his info, but I'm at the brewery all the time. Pretty positive the bottle count was closer to 100 ( that was actually sold to the public.). You could probsbly search Way back in the south atlantic forum To confirm this. It was brewed for a wedding, but was just a BW at that point. Then the rest of the batch was put in barrels and aged for quite a while. It was 1 pp at brewery and then the beer exchange released a very small amount as well, also 1 pp. I had few, traded one for a seared palette, traded one to mikes groove ( back before he was a lying thief) so you could watch eBay for that one. I'm down to one left. Amazing stuff.

I don't suppose I could bribe you for your last with my firstborn? Enduring love and admiration? Homebrew? :-) :stuck_out_tongue:

Old Nuptial is one of my top wants, and I have tried landing a bottle a few times now, but one never showed itself. :slight_frown:

The 1 bottle per person limit is what makes it difficult to trade for me. I'd rather trade it for something of similar rarity. Also it looks like I never responded to SpdKilz BM to me about it, sorry dude.

I was going from memory on one of the 200+ limited/nano releases that happened in the last year.
The important part was that it was a 1 bottle limit.

Same here. I've chalked it up to a loss at this point and I don't think I'll ever get to try it.

I hate that you have something to add to damn near every "What does it take..." thread :grinning:

For some reason I keep thinking I remember the number count as 216. Not sure how many CBX released the next day.

The reviews on that beer don't make it sound too great.

I traded for one a while back for my brother's wedding. I don't remember the exact specifics of the trade, but I know I sent out about 3 very limited one-offs and a 2010 darkness. I made it clear that I was willing to go WAY over $4$ and match in rarity on a few and it finally came through. The guy I traded with was the only one to respond and he had more than two. If he had only one (which most people did), I'm pretty certain that it wouldn't have been done. I found it to be better than the reviews, maybe because we opened it about a month ago and it had been properly cellared for about a year at that point, I believe. Had it not been named something wedding related, I wouldn't have gone after it and probably would have regretted the trade. It was fantastic and a blast to share with my little brother at the wedding. Cheers to the fella that traded with me.

also it wasn't incredibly hard to get the day of. i think i got there maybe 30 minutes before the release and there weren't that many people there...until the bus came . honestly though, did anyone get shut out that day? i mean if you showed up around release time that is.
