Coffee Stouts available year-round in upstate NY

    Can anyone tell me if there's any good coffee stouts available year-round in upstate NY? My favorites are FBS, Espresso Oak Aged Yeti, and Victory at Sea, but those are all fall or winter seasonals only, I believe.

    Pretty sure Victory at Sea is now year round.

    Keegan Ales Joe Mama's Milk is pretty good IMO, and at a very good price point. I'm assuming it makes it upstate as they're located in the Mid-Hudson Valley

    Can you get Peche Mortel? Best coffee stout ever. Matter of fact, it ranks for me as one of the best stouts ever. Killer beer.

    Where abouts are you? Peche Mortel should be available and is amazing. I would also highly recommend Joe Mama's milk stout, Lagunitas Cappuccino, Sump(Limited), Coffee BA Framminghammer (Just Hit), and Sunday Morning Stout (Limited as well

    Sorry didn't read OP very well. Joe Mama's and Peche Mortel shouldn't be to hard to find. Def be on the hunt for the Framminghammer though

    I'm not sure about Peche Mortel, but Coffee BA Framminghammer and Joe Mama's Milk Stout I *might* be able to keep my hands on. I'll be keeping my eyes open.

    Not sure if boulevard makes it up to you but their coffee imperial stout is pretty fantastic. It is however, not year-round from what I recall. Just came out recently so you should be able to find some if it makes its way to you.

    Imperial Stout X - Coffee will not be available in Upstate New York. As of right now, we're only available in NYC. All of the Imperial Stout X variations will be one time, limited releases.

    This isn't a direct response to your question (I'm a former upstate NY guy, but it was a long time ago and I don't have much insight into distribution), but I would imagine that stuff like SMS and Boulevard Imperial Stout X Coffee are not going to be too tough to trade for, since they're getting pretty good distribution into NYC.

    Either way, I join you in hoping that Victory at Sea remains year round /fingers crossed/

    I sure hope Victory at Sea will be year-round.

    But wow, I had no idea so few coffee stouts were year-round. I guess it really is almost exclusively a winter thing. :astonished:

    KBS, SMS. Parabola, and Lagunitas High Westified all just dropped. I'd hardly call that a winter thing.

    Most of them still seem to be winter, but, way to go brewers! Releasing all these spring coffee stouts just to prove me wrong! :stuck_out_tongue:

    Founders Breakfast Stout is a September release. BCBS and variants is November. Please inform me, what are all the coffee stouts that are being released between mid-Dec and mid-March?
