Converting a Vinotemp TC32G to stand up bottles?

    Long lurker, but I just decided to register to make my thread to see if anyone else has any suggestions. I may have found a TC32G but I am skeptical how it has scalloped shelves (obv, its for wine bottles) but I want to make sure I can switch out the shelves if thats even possible w/o modding it.

    I am basically planning to hold growlers along with all the necessities.

    You can possibly make your own, or mod your shelves. Tricky but can be done.

    Pretty straightforward. Take the shelves out you don't need and lay plastic, sealed wood or a piece of sheet metal over the existing scalloped shelves. Also, Vinotemp glass is not UV-proof, so I recommend storing it away from sunlight or putting something over the glass to protect your beer.
