    Hello everyone,

The title pretty much says it all. Since the World Cup only happens once every four years, I'm looking to hit up a couple craft beer bars in Philadelphia that will be playing the World Cup games. The only problem is that, I don't know any that do show them! So, my question to all of you is, what craft beer bars in Philly do you know have previously or will be showing the World Cup games coming up? Any info will be helpful.

    Cheers!

I think most bars that have a lot of big screen TVs will show most/all of the games, though call and check ahead of time:

Brauhaus Schmitz (League games are shown here regularly so WC games will be on for sure)
Bru Craft & Wurst (German-centric, soccer games are usually shown, so WC games will likely be on)
    City Tap House
    Bainbridge St. Barrel House
    Misconduct Tavern
    Local 44
Field House (which by the way is having a Bell's Event for PBW with Black Note on tap)

Sure bets, but selections are a little less "crafty":
    Fado
    Tir Na Nog

Brauhaus will have all of the games on. Worth noting that the German games will have a $10 cover (which includes a voucher for your first beer).

Probably any craft bar with a tv will have it on. Soccer seems to have really caught on with the Philly-beer crowd.

Local 44 only has 1 TV, and while it will probably be tuned to any soccer game that is on, it seems to me that cycling might take precedence. It seems like every time I go there during the day, cycling is on the TV.
