We do a $30 gift exchange on my mom's side for Christmas and I was wondering if a craft starter pack was a good idea. My uncles and cousins will drink stuff like Lienies and occasionally something like spotted cow at family gatherings so I feel like the aptitude is there. I was thinking a box of good ambers, porters, mild IPA, nothing too bold. Second question would be suggestions for the box. Couple I was thinking of would be GL Edmond Fitzgerald Founders Breakfast Stout Bells Two Hearted NG Moon Man
Might be a little late on this, but for future....I think that's a great idea. Good choices to transition them from commercial to easily adaptable craft brews. Throw an arrogant bastard in there. That's what turned me (and a bunch of others I know) onto craft 8 years ago.
