Since Hill Farmstead is no longer holding official release events, please use this thread to post the bottles available on the shelves along with costs, sizes, limits and so forth.

It's OK to include the beers available in growlers too.

As always, looking at the HF retail page

    http://www.hillfarmstead.com/retail/

    or calling the brewery

I'm going to be headed up on friday and I was curious how early people typically show up? Is it ok to get there at like 11 so that maybe you dont have to wait as long once they're opened up?

I wouldn't get there any earlier, going at 11, you'll likely be one of the first 10 people in. Enjoy!

Awesome thanks! Just want to get heading towards Waterbury as soon as possible but don't want to be there too early so as to annoy the HF people...

All the discussion I heard about the source was that it was Cantillon.

I was there on Friday and we arrived around 10:40 and were #6&7 in line- nobody seemed annoyed. We got in, did a flight and grabbed 6 growlers + 20 bottles and was out the door by 12:35. We ate tacos from the new taco stand there and I highly recommend them bc they are fantastic! We made it to Hunger Mtn by about 1:45 and at that point about 20 ppl ahead of us. If you are planning doing the same I would try to make it to Hunger Mountain no later than 2:30 to make sure you can grab a case! Enjoy !

This is true. Discussed it in person (different days) with both Shaun and Jean.

BTW, drank a bottle in June and it's tasting better than ever.

Wait, what? Taco stand? When did that happen? Is this run by HF, or by someone else? What kind of tacos? Goddamnit I'm starving. This is the problem with skipping breakfast.

Is this a re-release of CD7 or bottles left over from first time it was sold? I can't get there any earlier than Thursday so I guess it doesn't matter. Hopefully its more than a few cases anyways.

It's run by a girl who said she lives "over the mountain" from HF and owns a farm I think. She's only been doing it for about 3 weeks she said and is there Fri & Sat I believe. Only downside was I couldn't drink the growler of Edward I had just purchased with the tacos. The al pastor tacos were my fav, Also had a chipotle chicken that was great.

Tacos are available everyday with the exception of Wednesday. She plans on closing up shop around October for the winter. Great tacos all around!

Bottles they have been cellaring from the initial batch. They have done this a few times now with bottles they have hung on to. It is generally an indication that the beer is peaking and should be enjoyed soon. They did the same thing with bottles of Jimmy a year or so ago.

Is BA Everett still available? Their tweet from last Friday indicated it'd be gone on Saturday, but it's still on their website. Any insight?

I posted this in another thread:

Per Shaun via Twitter regarding if it sold out: "first 20 or 30 people wednesday will get..."

This was from Aug. 2 in the evening, post close. Someone asked him the status of BA Everett. You can find it on the HF Twitter.
