Since Hill Farmstead is no longer holding official release events, please use this thread to post the bottles available on the shelves along with costs, sizes, limits, and so forth.

It's OK to include the beers available in growlers too. Also, you can post new additions, for onsite consumption, in their tap room.

As always, looking at the HF retail page
    http://www.hillfarmstead.com/retail/

    or calling the brewery
    802-533-7450

are your best sources for up-to-date information.

** Updated bottle release policy: http://hillfarmstead.com/faq/retail-shop/what-is-the-bottle-release-policy.html. This FAQ has been updated on June 11, 2016 and they will ONLY accept a credit card/debit card accompanied by a valid, legal picture ID that matches the name on the credit card (this excludes generic Visa / MasterCard gift cards). This requirement is only for all special releases and barrel-aged beers. Read the entire linked page which explains the changes.

To see what's available to drink (and eat) in their new tap room, click on the following link:

    http://hillfarmstead.com/onsite/

There is a 2 drink limit (samples not included). Everything on tap is available to sample.

The bottle shop stops selling bottles at 5:00 pm sharp. The tap room will stay open to fill growlers for the people who are inside already before 5:00 pm and are waiting for the staff to complete their order.

The onsite bottles, for consumption in the tap room only, are NOT to leave the tap room. Please do NOT try to steal the empty bottles. Please respect the rules. Thank you.

High abv beer bottles (ie Double Barrel Damon bottles) have to be split for on premises consumption. This is a strict rule. Please note that it's actually pretty easy to find people to split a beer up there (if you didn't bring anybody). Just say out loud that you are looking to split a DBD and you'll find takers. Enjoy.

    Food truck

Food truck will be sticking around through December. They had a change of heart last weekend
    .

Oysters should also be back at some point soon.

@AutumnBeerLove, HF staff member, has been nice enough to respond to questions on this thread and to provide valuable updates like the following:

I think it is mostly safe to say our new draft onsite location in retail will stick around for the summer, if not the potential busier days. This keeps growler waits at a maximum of an hour with an average wait of under 30 minutes for a day. Along with that, it keeps two employees in retail and thus has the bottles line moving too.

    Finally:

Thank you to RateBeer and its users, but especially our loyal and supportive friends who visit us—both close to home and from around the world! We're honored and humbled to have been named Best Brewer in the World for 2016, amongst other amazing awards.

Greensboro's not the middle of nowhere—it's the middle of everything to us, and we thank you. Cheers!

Also, congratulations to so many of our friends in the beer world who were also rightfully honored. We raise a toast to you all!

@AutumnBeerLove, is there a threat of anything selling out this week? SB crowds and whatnot.

Headed up there on Saturday, does any know whether or not Juicy should still be available (for carryout)?

    Also, from their FB page...

"In honor of the passage of the 13th Amendment, for the beginning of Black History Month, and in reflection of the current state of affairs, we offer Civil Disobedience at the brewery this week...

Onsite only, we have bottles of Civil Disobedience vintages 7 through 17 available to share, consider, enjoy..."

Does anyone know how long the draft beer usually last? Double Galaxy just went on and I won't be up there until Friday the 9th!

Double Barrel Damon and Art Plum were two magnificent beers. Going to Hill Farmstead is almost a transformative experience as a beer drinker. Sitting on the deck with a beer looking out at that view was something that sticks in your head.

As someone who had to cancel a trip up today at the last minute, I'm quite jealous. It is an awesome experience.

@AutumnBeerLove I'm sorry to be that guy but early thoughts on the likelihood of Flora and MC8 lasting until Saturday morning?

I don't live anywhere near Vermont but I managed to get a couple bottles of 2015 Everett on Monday. Just opened one and it's the best beer I've ever had. That's not to say I've had many beers, perhaps 50 different ones, but I've mostly been exposed very high quality beers and Everett clearly stand out. You guys are lucky. What a great brewery to have nearby.

Edit: Just had another sip, and good god, the roast and the backend is otherworldly.

How have the roads been? Would a slidey sedan make it these days? Have never gone in the winter

They keep the road in really good condition (outside of active storm). I was there in a 2 wheel drive sedan last week in the snow. No issues.

We had several hours of freezing rain last night - no prob on the pavement now, but you might want to call about the unpaved parts of the route. They get saturated, slick, and cannot be scraped well. Temps dipping way down tonight to solidify it. However, they do sand up there in these conditions. Snow tires essential right now.

Yup...no snow tires here. I guess I'll just have to be patient . Thanks for the help.

Im sure this has been covered somewhere so I apologize. I see HF is releasing Civil Disobedience 19 tomorrow before releasing Civil Disobedience 18. Has this happened in the past? Possible 18 just wasn't ready?

The question was asked on twitter a few days ago. HF's response was: "likely needs 3 more months of conditioning."
