What are the prices usually like for "special" onsite bottles? Are they standardized at all?

    LPK 750 was $35 and 3F A&G 375 was $18

Made the trip yesterday for Elaborative 5. Arrived at about 11:40 and was on the road with bottles and filled growlers by 12:45. Split a 375ml bottle of Elaborative 1 ($25) two ways during the wait. Can't beat the situation up there right now.

For the record, other on-site bottles included SARA Saison Bernice 750ml, Casey Biere de Garde 750ml, 2016 Vera Mae 750ml, Anna 750ml, Elaborative 5 750ml and magnum bottles of CD15.

Question guys. How long do the "shelf" beers usually hang around at HF? I'm going up in two weeks, just trying to figure out if I can expect Anna to still be around or if it's likely to be gone by then. I know nothing is certain, just speaking in generalities.

    Thanks!

There is a decent chance Anna is still around then

I was just up at HF the other day and picked up several bottles. Just wondering is Anna and Florence beers that should be consumed fresh, or decent with age on them? Just trying to prioritize all the dang beer I brought back from Vermont to ensure I'm drinking them at their best or which can sit at least a month or 2 before I get to them (or better to age for longer time?).

One of the best visits I've ever had at hill farmstead today. Got some abner and my personally favorite Susan. Loaded up on Anna, Florence, AND brother soigne? Can't go wrong there.

Also a fantastic surprise; flora bottles available for onsite. Even had a flora magnum available(maybe an earlier batch?) which I thought was cool. Couldnt convince the group to all go in on it.

Had a fantastic weekend in Vermont. It's a god damn haul from Boston to VT, and usually halfway there I ask myself if it's really worth it. Then I get home and drink the spoils...of course it is...

Society and Solitude #8(which I was drinking last night while writing the previous post...) is possibly the best s&s I've ever had(this is the 4th I've been able to try).

But the real reason I love Hill Farmstead is their farmhouse ales. Currently drinking an Anna and I've already forgotten about the 4 hour drive home. You guys are just the best

I got my email at 7am est...not sure if they are all out or not, congratulations to everyone who was selected, I think I'll go buy a lottery ticket today because I was also in the Collected Works the first time they ran it...it was a special experience the first time and I'm looking forward to it this time around as well. Just a heads up that my email was in my junk mail folder - the "promotions" tab on Gmail...so be sure to check there as well.

yep, that'd be the one. So I did go away and be sad for awhile(40 minutes, tops). And then I thought about it and we ought not to speculate because there's no published information about a: release date b: bottle counts(YES i get it...) and c: membership counts. I must try to temper my excitement about the beer but also just keep on keeping on.

The problem with these types of societies and lotteries in general is individuals from all across the country and even internationally sign up for these types of things. I mean I even signed up and I live in Minnesota, and with people signing up their friends and family members there could have been between 20k and 100k enteries
