I started out just collecting the caps from the bottles I drank.... then I started keeping the bottles, which took up way too much room. Came across a bunch of threads about removing labels. So, now I remove labels every few weeks or so, and put them into a dossier of sorts (I refuse to admit it's really a scrapbook).

Now, every time I come across a nice beer coaster, when the server isn't looking, I stuff it into LOML's purse, and pretend I never had a coaster. o_O

Is it just me, or do other BA's out there share this disease?

Sometimes I'll hold onto a bottle for a while but eventually my girlfriend will give me shit for being a hoarder and I'll throw it out.

hahaha.. men's underwear. good one dude.

Nah, I collect nothing. I just drink and pitch empty bottles. I even have only bare essential glassware: only have 2 tulips, one cognac glass, and a guest tulip.
I maintain a scorched earth policy at home. Not clutter. It's the only way I can keep this place kinda sane w/ my kid.

I keep a couple bottles that I really like, but not many. I just take pictures of every bottle I drink (at home). I try to get a picture if it's not intrusive at the bar/friend's house.

I have a shelf which holds about 60 bottles that I rank on awesomeness. Pretty nerdy but it is pretty cool to look at.

I collect coasters. When the lady and I go for drinks, she hides them in her purse to be sneaky. I just ask to take them.

I keep the bottles, clean off the labels with some oxyclean and reuse them for my homebrew.

Mainly collect bottle caps, but sometimes labels and coasters too. Have about 1000 or so caps saved up and will make a beer cap table soon.

Yup, saving up for a beer cap table too. I probably have a couple hundred saved up over the past 9 months or so.

I have some bottles from my earlier days, but don't save them anymore. I have a few coasters, and bottle caps, too, but my real collection is signage and glassware. The signs are almost all the metal tacker signs, about 35 hung in the mancave. The glasses are mostly shaker pints, but there are other styles as well. (most are boxed, but some are in use)

I collect glasses from the breweries I've visited. I also save each bottle I drink.. (multiples get recycled or used for homebrew). I hope to line the walls of my dedicated brew house/man cave with them some day.

I've collected bottles, some cans, and caps, and now some labels from the bottles that I've repurposed for home brew use. Plus I have quite a few logo pint glasses and some tulips/snifters. I also have coasters and some stickers and other miscellaneous trinkets, etc. So, for me, it's a collection of something of almost everything about beer.

I started collecting one of each bottle I consumed which is quickly getting out of control. Collecting bottle caps for some project. I turn one of every cap I have into a magnet that I place on the beer fridge. Also collect coasters when I find them (don't go to bars much). Glue magnets on one of each coaster and place that on the beer fridge too.

My mom got these two items for me for christmas this year, its our family's last name and the bottle is the from the Burkhardt Brewery in Boston that was around from 1850 to 1918, wish it was a relation. The sign is from the Burkhardt Brewery of Akron Ohio which is now part of Thirsty Dog Brewery. They even re-brewed the Mug Ale for the original brewery's anniversary.

I also just found this on ebay, from the Akron Brewery again.

I also have a few trays and signs and bottles, but these are the coolest items I think that I own because it's my family's name
