I travel a lot for my job, so I am the scout for all my fellow drinkers. I also have a perfectly scarey dungeon basement for cellaring. All I expect in return is some food/snacks and some respect for what I share with them, both of which I get. There are also some bottles down in the dungeon that I am holding for people, and will likely share with them when they decide it is time. I'm not greedy with my collection and it is better than drinking shelf turds that show up with people, like somebody previously mentioned. I also prefer to share high ABV bombers, so it all works out. I love the hunt just as much as the actual imbibing.

Sitting on my yacht just off shore of St. John's yesterday afternoon. The group I was with started to get thirsty, so I made the simple call to Shawn Hill, and he came flying in on a seaplane I had my beer assistant arrange for him, with 10 growlers of assorted HF's. Party started after that.

Poof...back in my work cube again hunched over the keyboard as usual. We'll at least we have holiday tomorrow and I'm heading to the Delmarva eastern shore before dawn. Life is good, but we can dream!
