Driving from NYC to Boston for ACBF, Bottleshops on the way

    Ill be making the trip from NYC to Boston via the Tappan Zee bridge and Hartford on Friday evening/night, and was wondering if there are any can't miss bottleshops/breweries along the way.

    This is your bottle shop answer. If you make it through in time, hit Jack's Abby in Framingham for a growler fill or two. Not sure where you're staying once in town, but the Cambridge Brewing Company should also be on your list.

    I will definitely check out Julios, looks great. IDK if Ill be able to stop in Framingham, and Ill be staying in the North End, but Im gunna definitely checkout CBC either Friday or Saturday night.

    Captain Lawrence is on the way, just over the TZ. If you're taking the Merritt or 95, New England Brewing Co in Woodbridge CT is on the way as well. Both fill growlers, so bring some clean empty ones if you've got'em. Jack's Abby fills their own growlers only, fwiw.

    Nikki's Liquors in North Providence, RI and Yankee Spirits in Attleboro MA are both very easy to get to if you're traveling up Rt. 95. I highly recommend both.

    Okay. Just had to be sure you didn't think I was in service of My Mas... er that fictional character. Were a pitiful human to think that My Lord of Unending Torture and Subjugation were real before the stars align and death washes across all lands and peoples it would be a true shame. Not that it could happen. Cthulhu "isn't" real. shhhh shhhhhh shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
