    Donation made. @cfh64 - Great cause as animals are awesome! I think you set too low of a goal though. I think there will be many more folks who donate to such a great cause. The BA community is one that has a lot of good folks in it. I myself rescued two pitbulls. One belongs to my brother in law @JDizzleChi The other is my best buddy, Goon. It's awesome to save a puppy's life. Plenty of great pups out there that need kind, caring, loving homes. Cheers to you and your wife for helping a pup out.

    Sorry guys, Im at the gym but it looks like we're getting close to 20 if we haven't hit it already. I'll update and send new confirmations in an hour or so.

    I know I could have probably set the bar higher. BA is known for its generosity and I'm sure we could have raised 2k. This was a new LIF format I have been thinking about for awhile and wanted to test it out. I wanted to make plain, simple, easy and fast. I might try to do this once a year and I'll gradually increase the goals every year.

    Thanks again to everyone and great looking pooches. BTW, they do save cats as well :slight_smile:

    I'm not sure if this is closed, but I donated anyway. I recently had to put down my first rescue dog and since then have rescued another. I would call your local shelters and see if they sell your pet's food there. It will only be a few dollars more than the big box stores but every dollar helps these poor animals. BM and email sent.

    Alrighty BA, great job so far. We just hit 20 people, 10 more to go. Extra special thanks to those that sent a little extra even knowing you wouldn't get an extra raffle "ticket". I'd love to see the looks on the faces at the Humane Society over the past 12 hours :slight_smile:.

    Quick update. TastyDeliciousness has offered to put together a box of Chicago locals! So we now have 3 boxes for 30 people! As much as I would appreciate more beer donations I'm going to keep it at 3 boxes, one for every 10 entries. There are approx 6 spots left so get your donations in soon :slight_smile:

    Thanks for the tip on the dog food! I've been getting mine from Amazon but I'd much rather buy it from a local effort if I could.

    My initial reaction was "why limit the beer donations, that's just more for donors" but then I thought "maybe the limit is good, and anyone that was about to donate a 4th could put it toward @Theoritz01's upcoming LIF"
