I've only been out here for 6 months, Quantico VA, and decided to take a little brewery trip into the DC area the other weekend. I was excited about the beers I had at Chocolate City, DC Brau, and Port City Brewing, a lot of good refreshing beers! However I was surprised at how all the breweries seemed to be in their infancy. Then the head brewer at Chocolate City educated me on how they had not been able to have breweries in the area until less than two years ago, and until this week they had not been able to serve pints at the breweries. I'm glad they are making headway into a tastier legislations but...
For sake of conversation, what other areas on the East Coast hold strange laws such as this?
