    So as always apologies for my rambling anecdotes.

    With the main BeerAdvocate thread on Browns including dark milds & with working not able to get to any indies, I thought I would be attending with a bottle of Newkie brown & a 4 pack of Thwaites (Nutty) Dark.

    Flashback to being in Manchester’s number on bottle shop filling in the missing styles to drink at home for Christmas 2019
    “Brown ale, dying style, US over here that too”
    I thought maybe in your isolated hipster world but it looks true with nothing categorically brown with 5 miles of me

    & lets face it Mild has been going that way for a while.
