Today I woke up and tackled one of the top requested features from (at least) the past decade: the ability to view all of the beers that you've rated, broken down by beer style, US state, and country. Premium members now have access to this new perk which is currently in beta testing. It's very straight forward, but does the trick. Head to your your Beers list. You'll now see some new sub-nav a stats icon and links to Styles, US States, and Countries. Click to view the breakdowns including the number of beers rated per item and its percentage against the data set. Like I said, it's very straight forward, however, from there you can click an item which will pass it to your Beers list and apply it as a filter. For example, you can now view every: American IPA that you've rated beer from California that you've rated beer from Germany that you've rated ...but without all of the clutter. You can still sort the columns, and clicking the "x" next to the applied filter will reset the list, and you can seamlessly jump between your list, stats, etc. Notes: List are not viewable by the public. Only logged in Premium users can view their own stats. Stats are updated daily based on the last time the system recorded your activity. Countries: only the ones you've rated beers from are listed to reduce the list size. Applying multiple filters isn't supported. This is just the beginning of offering more in-depth personal user stats. I plan on applying this to Places (post-beta), too. And, in case you missed it, last week I also added the BA Score to your Beers list and tweaking the columns names a bit. Questions? Suggestions? Feedback? I'm all ears. In the meantime, I hope all of you Premium members enjoy this long-overdue feature. Not a Premium member? Now's a good time to become one: https://www.beeradvocate.com/premium/ Thanks for your support.
