Fantasy Baseball 2014 (Yahoo, H2H): Need a few players from specific states

Looking to replace a few players from last years league with players from certain states. Here are the specifics:

12 team Head to Head
6 hitting categories= R,HR,RBI,SB,GIDP,AVG
6 pitching categories= W,L,SV,K,ERA,WHIP
Random snake draft order
Top six teams make playoffs, top two get first round byes.

Box requirements:
110oz minimum boxes, must include glassware of some sort. Limited releases/"rarer"/wants/should wants/stuff you would like to receive yourself.
1st place= 5 boxes
2nd place= 2 boxes
3rd place= 1 box
To keep it competitive for all, this year I would like to make the minimum spent on beer $50 (open to discussion). Also, last year the last place regular season had to send out 2 boxes total. This year I was thinking: for last place regular season, take your "games back" from the first place regular season, convert it to dollars, and add it to your $50 minimum and only send one box total (to regular season champ). Example: Last place finisher finished 36 games back from the first place finisher, he would then send an $86 minimum box to the first place finisher (then taken out of the overall box pool).

Player preferences:
Right now I have players from IL, CT, TX, IN, CA, and SC confirmed while waiting for a couple more to get back. I really would like players NOT from these states as to diversify the box distribution pool. Those states not represented already will get priority but please feel free to contact me if you are from one of these states and you will become an "alternate" in case you are needed.

Haven't set a date yet, waiting to get input from everyone once the participants are finalized. Last year we did a Sunday night and everyone was able to make it.
