I'll play, but going with FL beers instead of beers that are distributed to FL...haven't had beers from some of the newer breweries.

    1. CCB White Oak Jai Alai
    2. CCB Huna
    3. Swamp Head Mango Berliner (one-off)
    4. Swamp Head Big Nose
    5. CCB Guava Grove

Id actually mix it up a bit:

    1. Hunahpu
    2. Sour Guava Grove
    3. White Oak
    4. Zhukov
    5. Humidor IPA

yea, im a CCB fanboy. Im sure Pegs, Due South, and Funky Buddha would make it there, but that no growler thing screwed me.

I'm doing strictly Florida breweries also:

    1. CCB Humidor series Jai Alai (when you can get it)
    2. CCB Cubano Espresso (when you can get it)
    3. Saint Somewhere Saison Athene
    4. CCB Tocobaga Red Ale
    5. CCB Marshal Zhukov (when you can get it)

    Hmmm...
    1. CCB Humidor Jai Alai (and Peach variant also)
    2. Peg's RARE DOS
    3. CCB Hunahpu
    4. Swamphead Saison du Swamp
    5. St. Somewhere Caitlin

I'm leaving CCB's Leon off this list, since I've only had it once - but if further tastings are as pleasant as that one, I'd add that one. Same for stuff from Jonathan Wakefield.

    1. Rarer DOS

    3. Huna
    4. Rare DOS

I could easily go another 20 more, top 5 is tough

    Like year round?
Of course everyones listing Huna and BA this and that....

Here's my top 5 beers I can go to the store and get right now:

    1. Bell's Two-Hearted
    2. Cigar City Guava Grove (in season now, and plenty to go around)
    3. Oak Aged Yeti (just sits on the shelves, lots of it)
    4. Hoppin Frog BORIS
    5. Old Rasputin

I like two-hearted way better than jai alai. Talking about normal jai alai, don't come back at me with some humidor or white oak bs.

    1. TBC Apple Brandy BA Barleywine (INSANE! and I'm not a Barleywine guy)
    2. Hunahpu
    3. White Oak Jai Alai
    4. Good Gourd
    5. TBC Coffee Porter

This took me about an hour to decide!!

I know OP didn't specify, but I do think most of these lists would be somewhat different if they included beers distro'd to FL.
I'm not trying to turn this into arguing about opinions, but for the life of me I can't understand the Two Hearted fascination. Not that it's a bad beer, but there would be at least 5 to 7 IPAs available on shelves right now that I would pick up before Two Hearted.

I'm not crazy about White Oak Jai Alai either, but that's another story...

I don't know. I wonder if the cedar dryness would either counteract the molasses sweetness, or be drowned out by it. But...if they brewed it, I would try it

For a non-FL brewery, I have the following suggestion.

Depending on where you are from, Bells gets distributed to FL and is great - and not distributed to my home area.

Extremely difficult to choose. I'll choose some that can actually be found easily, and I'll also choose somewhat based on value, that way I don't just choose a bunch of bombers and expensive Belgian ales that are available here.

Cigar City Jai Alai IPA: a damned good IPA, and here in Florida (at least in Miami) it's almost always extremely fresh (talking bottled within the last couple weeks.)
Cigar City Tocobaga Red Ale: A very hoppy red ale. Usually extremely fresh too. Underappreciated.
Cigar City Maduro Brown Ale: Another somewhat underappreciated CCB beer. One of the best brown ales out there, and it costs about $8 for a sixer.
Yes, these three CCB brews are in fact beers I have on regular rotation in my house. They're wonderful.

La Fin Du Monde: Unibroue beers are a great deal. About $9 for a 4 pack is about the cheapest you can get a good Belgian style ale for. La Fin Du Monde is my favorite, and it's very easy to find.
Old Rasputin: It's a fact that for price, availability, and taste, this is by far the best imperial stout out there.

If I was stuck in Florida for the rest of my life and had to limit myself to just 5 different beers while being subject to their availability and price, these would be it.

Honestly CCB uses a pretty strong cedar, so I'm afraid it would over-power the chilis of the Huna, which is what makes Huna so special in the first place. If they could lighten up the cedar so the chilis still come through in the end, I think it would be amazing! I prefer the cedar Zhukov over normal Zhukov, so I think the potential is definitely there.
