What beers would you include in 1 mixed 6 pack from your area, say within 60 miles of your home?
    I would go with :

    Troegs Dreamweaver Wheat
    DuClaw's Sweet Baby Jesus
Heavy Seas Siren Noire Imperial Chocolate Stout
    Victory's Whirlwind Witbier
    Stoudt's Smooth Hoperator

Well, most breweries within 60 miles of don't bottle, and those that do only do 22s. Anyway, here, a sixer: Skagit The Gospel IPA, Boundary Bay Old Bounder Barleywine, North Fork Spotted Owl BW, Skagit Trumpeter Stout, and Pacemaker Porter & Afterburner IPA from Flyers.

60 miles? That might be tough, we do better with the draft options around here.

If I had to choose, it would be:

    Fat Head's Head Hunter
    Fat Head's Bumble Berry
    Fat Head's Gudenhoppy(just bottled)
    Brew Kettle White Rajah
    Great Lakes BA Blackout
Great Lakes Rye of the Tiger

My first thought when reading this was "Douche". But, you are not a douche, but rather, my jealousy took over and made me believe that because you are currently, and permanently, located so close to such ridiculous breweries, that you must be a douche of sorts, but rather, it is because I want to be you. (notice my excessive use of commas)

I was once told that luck was a skill. So, it was not just by chance that you were born where you were, or go to school where you go, but because of some powerful skill that you have, and to that all i can say is, good job.

This is easy for me, only because there is one brewery in western SD.
A 6-pack of Crow Peak Brewing Porter. I am not a fan of the other two beers they can. But the porter is excellent.

If I were still living in Missoula, MT:
    Bayern Doppelbock
    Bayern Oktoberfest
Kettle house Cold Smoke Scotch Ale
    Big Sky IPA
    Big Sky Cowboy Coffee Porter
Big Sky Ivan the Terrible (a bomber I know, but one of my all time best)

There are so many local brewers round here that I haven't been able to get round to most of their beers.
There are a few which I'll buy if I see the pump clips.Belvoir Dark Horse Mild is a close replica of one of the brews that gave me a love for beer , Shipstone's Mild and when I drink it I'm fifty years younger in my mind!
Only 3.4% ABV but I've yet to find anything of any style or strength which gives me more enjoyment. Some times less is more.
Overall, I have a list of perhaps a dozen which if the worst came to the worst I could live on happily.

I'm going to expand my local radius to 75 miles because three of the four breweries/brewpubs that are within 60 miles of me make beer that ranges from mediocre(Woodstock Station) to flat out shitty(Trout River and Italian Oasis). That extra 15 miles however makes a huge difference as it brings Waterbury, VT and Greensboro Bend, VT into play. So my six pack would be quite bulky as much of it would be growlers but I'll say:
    Moat Mountain Czech Pils
    Moat Mountain Square Tail Stout
    Heady Topper
    HF Everett
    HF Ann
    HF Abner

Avoiding draught selections, but not really paying attention to size of the bottle/can I'd have to say:

    Captain Lawrence Smoked Porter
    Captain Lawrence Rosso e Morrone
    Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout
    Defiant Tripel
    Rammstein Winter Wheat
    Sixpoint Resin

It looks like you only mean breweries that bottle within 60 miles of our homes. Being in Des Moines, IA, that's pretty tough. Most IA breweries are in small towns scattered around the state. As much as it pains me, I'll exclude beers that don't come in 12 oz. bottles to keep this realistic.

    I'd take:
    (1) Madhouse Hopburst IPA
    (2) Peace Tree Hop Sutra DIIPA
    (3) Madhouse Honey Pilsner.
    (4) Madhouse Coffee Stout.
    (5) Peace Tree Blonde Fatale
    (6) Peace Tree Red Rambler
