This may be a foolish question, but I just noticed that Finch's from Chicago is on draft at Eli Cannons. Did they recently come into CT or have they been here for awhile (haven't seen them in any stores)? Also, any idea if other out-of-state brewers (besides the recent ones like Greenflash, Sixpoint, and Founders) are coming into the state later in the summer/fall? Would appreciate any feedback.

Finch's is new to the state. Maybe a month or two. As for other brewery's coming not totally sure. Glad to have GF, Sixpoint, Clown Shoes and Founders finally! I know at some point Avery is coming back. Hopefully it just keeps getting better and better!!!

Also with Two Roads opening in Stratford soon I'm sure they will do some contract brewing that will bring some more brewery's in. And with New Belgium opening an east coast house I'm hoping they find their way here as well.

I heard New Belgium may find their way in with CBG because of their connections in others states plus the fact that they are expanding to the east coast. I also have heard (which I told CTBeerPope) that Firestone Walker may contract brew with Two Roads since one of the 4 investors is a California beer scene guy and wants to get some of the West Coast stuff out this way. Could just be speculation but def from reliable sources.

I work a stone's throw from where Two Roads will be located.Construction has been going at a rapid pace. This week their fermenters and bright tanks ect. arrived and are currently sitting in the parking lot waiting for installation.I believe by early fall they will be brewing.....I just hope they will be doing a little of their own thing instead of just contract brewing though.......

    Cheers

Will be in Denver and will stop in at Great Divide next week to see if anyone there can give me an update. I'll post whatever I'm able to find out, if anything. This has already been a solid year for the Connecticut craft beer scene but how great will it be if we can get GD and Avery to return sometime soon?

Would rather see Odell's come to CT than either of them
