    Well, considering the details in the article came straight from the owners of Fitgers Brewhouse, I'd say it's moved beyond rumor.

    Ah..the old Trocaderos site. Could be an excellent site for a Brewpub. Burgeoning downtown populace with plenty of upscale people along the river Might be too close to the Post Office though ;-)
