What is on premises at cantillon for the moment ?
At cantillon now , ALL fou foune is sold out
Only for on site consumption is stil ok , take away is sold out !
Same dor lou pepe framboise
Yes FF and LPF are sold out.
Is this a temporary sell out? It seems unbelievable to be sold out already. I have an entire trip planned around FF next week, gonna be pretty bummed out of this is true.
It was "supposedly" a smaller batch this year.
I was there today , i asked them twice and they said that FF and LPF is sold out ,
You can stil drink it on site but no take away
1/6th the size?
Interested in trading Pliny the Elder. In Brussels Saturday.
Its true, we had multipule people ask multiple times today. I got shut out
They have more but they said its for distro on onsite only.
Ughh that stinks about the sell out. I'll be there around 1030am in a blue sweat shirt if anyone wants to drink our tears away with some of their on site beers. Meaning lets share bottles :-)
I will be there tomorrow (Saturday), see you around 10:30.
I'll be there later today, around 2. I have a bottle of HF Convivial Suarez with me if anyone is interested.
FF and LPF are sold out for the season.
They still have quite a few bottles of it, stored against the wall, but this is for shops/on-site drinking/special events (open brewery day, Quintessence...).
You can still drink both of them on the premises.
PS: @kjrod20 : they don't like it if people start opening up there own bottles to share, just a heads up!
Yeah I don't plan on opening it in their home, just offering it up for anyone who may be in the area today or Monday.
So ff and LP framboise each lasted about 3 weeks total. That only seems very short for ff compared to last year?
Well it lasted long enough I guess. 2013 it only lasted 3 weeks but there was a 6bpp limit. I wonder if we will see a large St Lam batch like we did in 2013?
Yes last year it last a few months but lam and vig were out in 2-3 weeks. I believe Jean changes it depending on fruit harvest size and cost
I just have a quick question about the space. We're debating coming straight from the train rather than dropping off bags at the hotel. Is that a bad idea on a Saturday? We'd have 2 suitcases plus my bottle shipper bag.
I see people all the time in there with their suitcases. There is not much room but if it's not busy (Saturday) you will be ok
If your arriving in Brussels midi you can use the lockers i the hall... on the side of where the thalys trains leave direction thalys track 3-4 5-6
Does anyone know the current to go bottle list? Thanks for any help
I was there today. To-go, you can buy: Iris, Cuvée St Gilloise, Rose de Grambinus, and Gueuze. They are sold out of kriek, LPF, ad Fou Foune.
So glad I got there a few weeks ago. Hot damn
I was there yesterday and Cuvee St Gilloise is sold out. Only bottles to go are Gueuze, Iris, and Rose de Gambrinus. Onsite is still killer. Carignan, Zwanze 12, 13, 15, LPF 12, Fou, 50N. Might be missing a couple. Going back today so I will update.
Is the Rosé allready back available in 75cl bottles?
Yes, just came from Cantillon and can confirm Rosé 75s.
Hmm, my friend is telling me 50N is sold out on site now; I wonder if it's "sold out" or sold out.
50N is no longer available. I just came from Cantillon. They are getting pretty ransacked, there were huge crowds buying lots of stuff to go. Unfortunate to see magnums stacked in a crate but not for sale. Oh well.
It has been available off and on for a long time. The on-site consumption list changes all the time, which stuff often coming back later.
There's a new batch in barrels at the moment.
what are the costs of the 375ml bottle at the brewery?
Sorry if the question has already been posted
about 4 euro +/- a small amount. only classic gueuze, rose, and kriek come in 375ml
anybody have an update on what is available to-go or for on premise consumption right now?
Gueuze and Rose de Gambrinus are the only available bottles to take out today.
The on site list is kick ass, Zwanze 2012, 2013,2014, Carignan, LPF, Fou, High Density Lambic...
Any updates? Still just Geuze and Rose or did they maybe release some bonus bottles of something? Visiting tomorrow and looking forward to some on site consumption regardless
if history serves, I wouldn't expect "bonus" bottles for a little bit.
Fou/LP Kriek/LP Framboise are done for the year. St. Lam I believe is more of a winter release? Not sure on Vignerrone or LP Gueze
Lam/Vig get released around New Years. LPG is a early spring/late winter release
ETA...of course the beer makes the ultimate decision when it's ready to be released
Still only RDG and Geueze for take out. First brew day was this week and they were bottling a new beer for an upcoming beer/wine event that is listed on their FB page.
Anyone know if they have lambic baskets or pitchers? Flying in this Saturday and plan on getting there for opening. Looking forward to some of the on-site treats!
