What is funnier then that is that Black Tot and Sui Generis are $300 a bottle. Where did they get those prices from. I think I paid like $7 bucks for those when they were on the market.

Me thinks I need cozy up to the owner of Avery if they have cases of Isabella just laying around.

Anyone else notice how they have a WnB next to an Izzy in the picture like they are anywhere close in value?

I am going to guess that the Black Tot was a hand bottle of one of the barrel aged versions, and not the piece of crap beer they sold to the public. I also wonder what his user name is on BeerAdvocate.

Gents, this is an "only in Boulder" moment.

Born and raised, it's a love/hate relationship with my hometown.

"bottles of Rogue Old Crustacean beer ($100/bottle) and one bottle of 2001 Rogue Old Crustacean Barley Wine ($100/bottle)."

    Nice work 9News.

I was more thinking its odd a very short term employee had access to such beers. I myself would have a vault with very limited access to the gold.

Why didn't he consume some of the evidence? I don't see the point in having a case of a certain beer and not consuming any.

Cases of Izzy! wow that is pretty impressive.

It will be hard to prove the monetary value. Not sure what amount qualifies as a felony, but since second hand beer sales are illegal I'm guessing they can only go after the purchase price?

They said several cases of Izzy. I would imagine Adam Jackson could have fetched about 3500 a case on ebay last year...
