Looks like Blushing Monk is coming back. This time in 4-packs only. It's exciting, but I was really hoping for BA Imperial Stout. Hopefully this will just be the Limited series and BA FIS will be in the BA Series

Really solid beer. Glad they're putting it in 4pks. Luckily, this one has nothing to do with their Barrel-Aged Series. And I'm hoping for BA Imperial Stout as well.

That's a great beer. I still occasionally see the previous release around. I can attest it ages well.

Glad to see it in 4-packs. One 750 of that beer is too much sweetness for a mere mortal...

Anyone know i they are going to run a limited non-BA series parallel with the BA series? Is this a one off or just the first release of the limited series? I like their Rübæus so I will definitely try this if I come across it since I tend to be a fan of bigger beers.

Does this mean no Sumatra Mountain?

    Yes.

Kidding. Just being a dick. There's no way to know but I doubt it.

I might have to try that. This beer was enjoyable, but a little too sweet for me (especially compared to Rubaeus). Maybe time will age and mellow it out.

I've never had the original, so I'm looking forward to this release. I'm glad they opted for a 4 pack of 12oz bottles, as I'm not sure I'd gamble on a 750mL.

I have to ask though, what makes a raspberry "pure"?

I'm guessing it's probably no added sugars, preservatives, that kind of thing. More of a subtle marketing term then anything I would guess.
