Cheers fellow BA's. Playing in a golf tournament in Cedar Rapids, Iowa next week. Flying into St. Louis and driving to Cedar Rapids from there.

Was looking for some advice on bottle shops on the drive from St. Louis to Cedar Rapids to pick up beers for my stay. Huge IPA fan so was wondering if there was any chance of finding FFF or TG or Crooked Stave or anything else recommended. Also leaving room and bringing bottle shippers in my luggage to bring some home too.

Thank you in advance for any advice!!

Unfortunately, Lambert airport is north of STL and you're headed north in the opposite direction from all the best STL bottle shops. (BAs in the northern part of STL can correct me if I'm wrong, though).

As you go through Iowa City hit John's Grocery. It's downtown and off the interstate, but is well worth the drive. They have amazing, huge deli sandwiches, too.

I don't think you'll find FFF. I hear TG doesn't stay on shelves long. A nice Iowa brewery is Peace Tree.

If you in the CR area check out Lion Bridge Brewing, Back Pocket in Iowa City and from what I hear Big Grove Brewery in Solon would totally be worth the trip there.
