    To echo a few others, Fantome has some of the crazies funk I've ever experienced. Printemps was the most aggressively funky beer I've ever had. It was a true cat piss/plastic funk that took over all the other flavors. Split a 750 between four people but definitely didn't need more than that.

    I get that sometimes with Fantome; other times I just get scent/taste of fruit..or at least fruit undertones. I always find the nose on Orval to be very farmhouse-funkish too...
