I'm considering drinking one right now. Though I was hoping to do a side by side with a 2011 tomorrow.

I hope so since I've dwindled my entire case down to 4 bottles.

What do you mean by ready? It was delicious fresh. Depends on how you like your bal stouts

I had an 09 last night and it didnt seem to have changed much compared to the fresh '11 i had a couple weeks ago. A little thinner and a little cooler maybe

'10 was the only batch I had that I felt was too 'hot' when it was fresh. If it has indeed mellowed out a bit then every vintage, including the '11 (oh man is that one good) is rip roarin' and ready to go.

    Can't get enough BCBS!
