I'll be hitting Waterbury tomorrow till sunday with fellow beer afficionados. If any fellow BA is looking for precise stuff from Quebec I could bring locals. Let me know,

    Cheers,

Damn! I'd trade some local goods for a bottle of TDD Dulcis Succubus... but I'm driving to Portland tomorriw for the weekend. My timing sucks - so let me know next time you're headed this way.

You're not going to find much in the way of good beer in Waterbury, CT. Oh, wait, the other Waterbury in New England.... never mind...

Does anybody go to the other Waterbury for leisure purposes?

I went to a Taco Bell there once after dropping off my borther at the Metro North. It was in a plaza with a Target Superstore. So, they have that going for them, which is nice.

When I stayed in Brattleboro this past summer a server at dinner assumed we meant Waterbury, CT when we said we had just come to Brattleboro from Waterbury. Guess some folks still don't know!

Yeah, but Brattleboro is in MA.

I spent over 25 years of my life there, everyone that moved there changed it to be like where they came from. It is no longer Vermont.

So you mean, spiritually in MA? Not physically, right? Because I swear I was in VT!

It's really just a place where you get stuck in traffic along I-84.

"Record-setting sales" on Thursday. The Reservoir in Waterbury and Three Penny Taproom in Montpelier had some as of last night though.

When? Because its very much a "Vermont" town... Now Woodstock and Middlebury are another story..
