Goose Island Bourbon County Aging

    I've heard fresh, 2-3 years, 6 months. In my opinion, it was a little hot and messy fresh (about 1 month after bottle date). But I let is go about another month, had another, and damn it was good. That being said, I'm going to have another here in the near future from the Sept. bottling date I have and see if it kept going. Hopefully I can keep myself away from the others I have to find out the peak age...

    I have had this beer on tap before so I have a basis on its taste. I think I'm just gonna pop one open every 6 months to compare.

    I've got an 06 I'm thinking of cracking open sometime soon. I'll let you know how it is.
