Any ideas who might stock the BCBS in Colorado upon release? Never tried any of them in the past and I know I'm late to the party on this one... and while on the fence regarding the InBev issue (dammit I've enjoyed some of these breweries output before acquisition but the punk rocker in me has me a bit conflicted) this might be the year I seek this one out... Much appreciated

Having never been to Colorado, and not knowing how much BCBS the state gets, your general rule of thumb is...
You're looking for stores that have craft beer (particularly lots of 22oz/750, and barrel aged beers) THAT ALSO sell tons of Goose Island. Major bonus points for inordinate amount of Sofie+Matilda on display from Aug-Nov. If hey are carrying the 750/765ml sour sisters that is also a good sign

If they're not stocking GI, move on, they won't get a drop. Assuming Whole Foods has beer, there (and Wegmans on the east coast) , and Total Wine are usually the best places. Harris Teeter is a sleeper grocery store on the east coast to find it also.

Good tip on places pushing GI. A local liquor store just had a mini fest where they got their hands on Sophie and all her sisters in bottles, and some on tap for Growler fills. I expect they'll be pushing GI for the next several months just to get a few more BCBS.

For Colorado or anywhere, identify the top rated craft stores, visit them and ask if they get BCBS. Get to know them now, buy a few things, and they might set some BCBS aside for you, have had that happen.

Hopefully GI has quality under control this year and yield is up. Last year very little made it to market.

Awe man, wish I could get the Knob Creek one.

Hope we get the variants this year in SF Bay. Last year, I really, really reached just to get 2 BW, regular was also somewhat limited.

    Hoping for that BW reserve.
