Heading out to Houston today and wondering what places to check out while in the area!
    Cheers!

Which side of town will be more helpful to guide you.

    Breweries:
Karbach, Buffalo Bayou, 8th Wonder, St. Arnolds are all fun and all have pretty good to awesome beers.
    Bottle Shops:
D&Q - Best selection of Belgians in the city
Central Market - Great overall selection and if you're at all in to food, you have to stop by here. One of the biggest specialty grocery stores in the US
Specs on Smith Street Downtown - Biggest liquor store I've ever seen and they have good overall selection and first dibs with anything new or limited that comes to Houston

    Right on schedule!

People of the Southwest Forum: If we want these posts to stop, we need to stop making them helpful. I know that's such a horrible thing to say, but seriously, the only response to these posts should be like @PhatAtUT's or "why don't you use the search feature?"

    This is becoming absurd.

^ If you don't enjoy reading or actually putting in effort, the Southwest AMA is a great place to go!

I replied saying to use search function and it was deleted as I if had cursed the guy out. I don't spoon feed my 9th grade students, sure as hell not going to do it here.
