    I wanted to see how many parts of a recipe I could use beer in - came up with an adult version of a grilled cheese sandwich featuring beer. Hope you enjoy:

    I made beer tacos last night. Instead of simmering the meat in water I let it simmer in Devils Backbone from the Real Ale brew co. I mixed the cheese in just before it stopped cooking. It was good

    Hi, it depends on what beer(s) you use for each of the stages, but you can definitely taste that it is there.
