Habanero sculpin chili

    I am thinking of making a batch of chili and using habanero sculpin as the liquid. Before I do I was wondering if anyone else has tried this? And if so what kind of results may God?

    Cooking with hoppy beers is not usually recommended Hop flavor scan get out of control and it's not real pleasant
