What is it taking for a Matt these days, bottle for bottle?

Traded a bunch of bbpt5 for a couple bottles a few months ago. It's good stuff but the high price makes it hard to trade for.

Last I heard it was still available at the tap room for $18 (the rebrew, not bottleworks X). If that's the case then a "gopickitupformebro" should suffice.

Bottles for sale at the tap room are for on site consumption only.

...And if they weren't, they'd be all gone because I would have bought them all.

Haha, yeah. I assumed it was too good to be true when I heard it. Blast.

God that beer is a mess. AftW, on the other hand, is the fucking truth.

Case closed then - Matt sucks.

Seriously, it is on the shelf here for $30 a bottle. This is the Bottleworks version, not the second release.

Just curious, is it a 12 oz bottle or bomber?

12 oz and I thought it didn't suck.

This is the first time I've ever seen Matt get bashed. It's got a few negative reviews, as does every beer, but it has been a Top 100 mainstay since it came out.

Hook the OP up first, but I'd be interested in getting my hands on a bottle of Matt.

Cantillon would be good trade fodder.

I just had a bottle last week. Haven't put my review up yet, but it's delicious, in my opinion. Have a bottle of AftW that's waiting to be drunk, which I also have high hopes for.

I traded a Czar Jack and some other things for those two and some other things.

i traded a matt and a cherry adam from the wood for a mimosa right before the hill farmstead craze hit

I traded Sour Reserve b1 when it first came out for a Matt and AftW. I think both sides were happy.

When I had Matt's, I traded them for b1 bahifi. 1:1. I still feel that it was fair:slight_smile: I'm sorry if you don't like Matt but "hot mess" is not what I'd call it.

I thought the Hill Farmstead craze was in full effect before Mimosa was released (though it's certainly picked up some more recently).
