    Another year another Baume....

"Once a year we make a batch of Baumé to commemorate the first beer to come out of Half Acre. We also use it as an opportunity to thank some people that are good to us all year long. This Chocolate Rye Stout has been a nice cyclical reminder to stop and enjoy the process and tick each year we're able to make beer for a living, with much thanks to you. That, in and of itself, is something to toast in our brewery, and to do it as the winter tails with this black beer is all the sweeter.
    Releasing 22 oz. bottles ($7.99 + tax) & growler fills ($15 + tax) on Friday March 2nd".

Really enjoyed Baumé last year, and since I'll be in town this weekend, will probably swing by to pick some up!

This is an awesome beer. Why more people don't make rye stouts baffles me after trying this one.

Damn Half Acre just crancking out the brews. I still have one from last year so I'm excited to do the side by side...

Can you only by this at the brewery or will it hit distribution.

I overheard someone asking the same question at the Half Acre store. That person was told it was a one-off. Personally, I don't believe in "never."

I would like to see Baume in cans... or some kind of stout offering from Half Acre in a can.

Even Double Daisy hit some distro. This beer will 100% be available.

P.S. it is one of the better chocolate rye stout despite the rampant hate on it.

Was just at Half Acre an hour ago. Plenty of Baume as well as Double Daisy Cutter left. I also agree that Baume is a solid brew. Don't know where the hate comes from.

Baume is a solid beer...was debating getting a growler, had a sample and I was hooked. Plenty left, should be there sunday and tuesday...and beyond.
