    Cool, thanks for checking

p.s. I like your avatar, I saw that bottle a few weeks ago in Paso Robles, at a Bevmo I think. Did you kill it in one night?

I just heard back. They are not doing DD tickets, if you want someone else to go then you have to get a ticket. Bummer! But I guess if you bring your wife you can have some of her pours since she will be the DD anyways lol

Thanks, That bottle is actually last years 2014. I still have it in my cellar. I am going to open it for a Christmas party :grinning:

    I'm just a little confused by this;

    • At first pickup on Sunday Dec. 6th, you will receive a membership card that will be used at all following pickups to verify your membership by either you or your proxy. No need to update your proxy throughout the year- just give your card to whoever will be picking up your box.
    • We will be hosting PugaFest on Saturday, December 5th. If you purchase tickets and attend this event, you can pick up your membership box and additional bottles (if applicable) at the event, one day prior to public release. Details on this event will be announced soon.
So the first pick up is Sunday, but if you go to the event, which tickets are not on sale for just yet, you get to pick it up a day earlier? For a second there I thought one would have to go twice to redlands in a weekend.. shudder that thought.

Are tickets sold out? Are they only available for Barrel Roll Members?

Wrong. There are two sessions. One for barrel roll club members only, one for the public.

I sent you a PM @Earlycsquid. I got the email on the 18th around 5:30 pm. I thought I didn't get mine as well but I didn't realize that they used the email from BPT and it is an outdated one on my end.

Are there any members that are not using their +1? I will be at the member session with a +1, and wanted another buddy to attend....

Will take care of you with a few beers, or can discuss.

Anyone know if other vintages and other variants will be available at Pugafest for to-go bottles? (Other than the ones that went on sale today)

I remember seeing something for previous years about vintage bottles going on sale

Bummed I missed out. Will they be distributing regular Puga this year like they did last? Some people may have not cared for last year's really high abv but I thought it was masked very well.

They just announced that additional bottles of Puga Royale & Pug Nog are going on sale at 5pm PST to ppl who didn't purchase the first time around. If you purchased on Monday, your transaction will be cancelled. You CAN buy more regular Puga though.

I do like the ability to get into the members only event without having to wake up at the ass end of dawn on a Saturday to get there before a huge line. Huge improvement and added benefit to the club.

Having never been before, what's the general process of the event? Everyone lines up and waits for pours from the one bar like any other given day? Are there multiple bar stations? Tickets? Wristbands? Separate booth for pick-ups? Etc.?

Thanks, really looking forward to tomorrow!

From years past, the pours are at the one bar. You can also buy merch there. Pick up is held to the left of that with your name on the list and the quarter's allocation ready to go - will probably have your order from the online sales as well there.

It appears that there are three stations: Outside, patio, and inside. Each pouring different beer.

It's a ticketed event so it's unlike any of the previous ones. I'd guess there is a station where you can buy tickets to use at each of the different stations.

Weekend brunch only...and for those with allergies, you can have then vegan, gluten free (tofu + facon), but they normally come with hash browns, avocado, bacon and egg...sooo good. Best breakfast in Redlands imho. Other stuff is great too, the spicy sausage and french toast.

Was pretty happy with most of the variants I tried, latte and gingerbread were pretty crazy. I hate fruited stouts and Marasca was still tasty, definitely better than Regal Rye.

The organization of the event was pretty nice too. Short line to get in, only the station with most of the members exclusive beers had a long line and they remedied that by moving some of those beers to another station.

Did not like the 1.5 hour wait in line at the end of the members session to pick up all my bottles. I understand everyone else waited until the end, and they were nice enough to pour a couple more tastes, but that was kinda ridiculous.

Yup, and seeing as I grabbed my bottles 30 minutes before the end, I didn't really have to wait for em. Even the long line for the inside pour station kept moving all day.

Event was pretty good. Thought it was going to be way more packed. Really liked this year's regular pugachev. Wish I would've bought more.
