So what special, or regular, Canadian beer do you plan on drinking today or tomorrow to celebrate?

I think I'll fire up the smoker and do some pork butt for dinner tomorrow and see if I can drink exclusively Canadian from the cellar. Go through some St Ambroise vintage and RIS, then some bellwoods, and maybe finish off with some local Beyond the Pale beers.

Probably homebrew, made in the Nation's Capital. Maybe something from Dieu du Ciel. Happy Canada Day!

Gonna drink some of Great Lakes Crazy Canuck up at the cottage and finish it off with a bonfire. Should be a fun day!

Only Canadian beer I have at the moment is Central City ISA, and Canada Day will be spent drinking beers from The Bruery, and some fine wines (non Canadian), with my Canadian pals celebrating 'their' Birthday.

Hop therapy ISA which is freakin awesome. And then Dunham Assemblage No 1. A Brett infused farmhouse ale mixed with a pale ale.

There was a pub at the bottom of Queen Ann hill (Seattle) that had Big Rock's McNally's Extra on HAND DRAUGHT (so no gas).

    That was awesome!

Pub's still there... but no more McNally's. Can't even find anything from Big Rock here any more. You guys are keeping it all to yourselves aren't you?

    Send me some, eh?

    Washed the car....
Now drinking a Hop Prospect homebrew "Hopocrite White IPA"!
Things brewed right in your kitchen feel pretty appropriately Canadian.

Soon off to wood fired pizza and fireworks for the evening...
Great way to cap off the long weekend!

    Happy Canada Day everyone!!!!!

At the cottage and ran out of beer the night before (only brought a 12 worth me for the better part of a week). Had a dry Canada Day, which suited me fine seeing as the rest of MB & SK weren't! :flushed:
