Gluten intolerant beer fans in the Portland, Oregon area rejoice. Here's a video all about Harvester Brewing, their background, goals, beers and the gluten-free beer market.

What makes their gluten-free brewery unique? Besides being exclusively gluten-free, they're brewing exactly like regular beer, however they're replacing malt with roasted chestnuts. Styles? "Northwest ales." So far they have a Pale Ale, Dark Ale, and experimental Red Ale; all of which appear to be somewhat hop-centric.
100% bottles. No plans on doing draft due to cross-contamination issues.

And it looks like some of you have already tried them. Here's the listing on BeerAdvocate: http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/27912
