Heady Topper - NY

    I'm going to be in NYC this weekend, and was wondering if anyone knew where I could find some Heady Topper while I am there? I'll be staying near central park, but understand a bit of legwork might be required. Thanks in advance!

    Yes it will take some "Legwork". From Central Park West, head up Amsterdam and go 333 miles north to the Alchemist Brewery in Waterbury. You should be able to find some there.:grinning: There is no Heady in NYC from what I understand. There was a minimal amount delivered to select bars in early summer but it's been long gone.

    I could have sworn I saw some consumed empty cans of HT being thrown away by Blind Tiger's bartender a week or two ago. The bottom line, some bars might have it still in stock to drink on site but I don't openly know of any. I'd suggest checking out Blind Tiger for that. Hope you find it.

    other than that, Dive Bar on 96 and Amsterdam had some for IPA day. That being said IPA day was nearly two months ago and it would be unlikely for them to have it.

    I had one at a bar a couple months ago - Stag's Head. I wouldn't be shocked if they still had a couple. If they do, they are from late June. I think you'll find the same anywhere you go.

    @DankTheTank - If I were you, I'd take that offer into serious consideration. Heady Topper's on my Top-3 List.
