I am putting together a trip through Utah this April. I have looked at some of the beer fly & forum posts. I also read about the laws which are still confusing. I am flying into SLC and then will spend most of my time at the parks in the south: Arches, Capitol Reef, Bryce, Zion. I would like to pick up some beers to have in my room and maybe a place or two where I can have a decent brew and a meal. Any help would be appreciated!
