They posted about having issues on IG yesterday. I know Cellador had some issues too but don’t know if that’s related.

Yep, same issue with a power/server outage with their provider.

The online order platform is still up at https://app.upserve.com/s/highland-park-brewery-los-angeles.

Looks like HpB is offering halfcase shipments on Timbo, Irresponsible, and Yo Coco.

Ordered Timbo. Never tried it but I’m drinking more pilsners these days.

Yup, there's a reason why this is typically the first keg to kick at the MT festivals.

This would annoy me if I went to their festivals. I would want to be drinking timbo at the end of the festival after having a ton of other heavier beers with high ABV. If I had my way timbo would be timed release 1-2 hours before the end of the festival. I would call it my "sobering up" beer

Timbo is a pallet cleanser that should be served at every meal course at a Michelin star restaurant.

Looks like Chinatown is getting into the spicy fried chicken sandwich game. Hopefully it'll actually be spicy unlike the Hermosillo's still-delicious-but-not-at-all-hot take on it.

Drinking a What Could Go Wrong, simply delicious. Don't let the slight opaque hue full you. This beer packs a punch of slight ripe peaches, oranges and minimal hop burn. The 10% is well hidden, significant other guessed the abv at 4.5% lol.

Let’s put it this way. I bought a 4-pack to try on Friday and I just got back from HPB with 2 more packs. The nose and aroma is awesome - full of citrusy goodness. I like the mix of Riwaka and Strata, it’s more complex than Timbo, but just as crushable. Hoppier than Timbo IMO. I feel like the last few batches of Timbo haven’t been top notch compared to batches last year. But this is one of my favorite releases this year, I hope they keep it in the rotation. Cheers!

Definitely regret not getting more 'Malgo. Love the mid snappy bite in the middle. Kinda wish it had a little more carbonation. Other than that, another solid beer from them.

Big fan of Malgo Pils. Love the hop combo; was already a fan of Robo Pils, which was dry-hopped with Strata originally (not sure if they changed it in cans, thought they did), and the addition of Riwaka made it an instant-purchase for me.

I think I might like 'Malgo more than Timbo.

Fuerte Mañana is probably the best HPB beer I've tried since Everything Good.

@annakarina Fuerte Marana is ridiculous! Jesus, so smooth with linguring toffee with fresh wet bourbon barrel taste, if that makes. Thanks for convincing me to crack it open.

Finally, a HPB imperial stout without coconut or cinnamon. Snagged a couple bottles of Chaos Into Order and am looking forward to what sounds like a deliciously decadent beer

I live on the edge of Costa Mesa right next to Huntington Beach and will definitely be ordering some HPB in the near future. Never had Timbo.

Now if I could only get Beachwood to deliver this side of Brookhurst..

Anyone care to give this old fart some pointers as to Competition/Hello, Techni/SuperCloud/Sugar?

Competition and Hello are both really solid WIPAs. Hello is the first IPA I ever tried from them half a decade ago. Both are delicious.

TechniFlavor is a good hazy but not really one of their standouts.

Their Cloud series is almost always great.

Haven't tried Sugar On My Tongue yet as previously mentioned.

Grab some Timbo. You want to grab some Timbo.

If you've never had Griffith J Griffith you should grab a crowler even though it's 130 degrees right now.

I like Comp and Hello. Both solid west coast. Comp is my new fav of the HpB west coast. Hazy are okay. Some more chalky than others. Not my favorites in the haze game. But still buy them occasionally.
