Something or Other - We brewed a saison with a multitude of Brettanomyces strains and then aged it for 10 months with red raspberries. This resulted in a texturally complex beer with integrated raspberry acidity, fruit skin tannins, and pleasant barnyard funkiness. Beer! 6.3% abv

All the Yeast - This beer is a celebration of us brewing beer for two years! We used every strain of yeast taking up residence in our festive little brewery, including a portion of spontaneously fermented beer. It was fermented in oversized (132 gallon) french oak puncheon barrels that previously held red wine. It is dry and citrusy with a big grapefruit and lemon character up front, delicate oak in the middle, zippy acidity, and a peppery, lemon brightness in the finish. 5.1%

 

Was just talking about how it's been a hot minute since the last release and all the inventory they had.

 

# of bottles on those 2?

Any word on a can release this weekend?

Ah, shit, Coco Noche is back!!!!

 

Coco Noche is the legit real thang, yo. Oh man, has it really been so long?

 

damnit. i was there on monday, completely forgot to try the coco noche.

Partially cloudy was different from last time, it's more precise. It's not an NE IPA at all (if people are expecting that). Still very much a HPB beer.

 

Release day today! Can't wait to try that raspberry.

 

Probably gonna wait 'til Sunday to head over. Hopefully some of the awesome tap list lasts through the weekend.
