BA Junior Junior bottles still available. I snagged one around 11pm last night

 

you serious? fack i would have gone by but totally thought they wouldnt make it past tuesday.

Saturday update. No more bottles of junior junior. Still got all the yeast bottles limit 6. Growler fill options are good green and one up.

I know 1up is awesome. So how was Neil Young? Still rocking the free world? Crazy Horse?

 

He still sounds amazing. Show was awesome. Beautiful venue. Colorado is so beautiful. He had a huge potted pot plant on stage. Respect

Telluride Brewing is good too. Upper eschalon IPA and pale ale

 

Saw Neil at Red Rocks years ago,outdoor venues in Colorado or anywhere else for that matter are made for Neil's music. Willlie's kids are pretty good eh ? For you non Neil geeks, his touring band Promise of the Real is made up by some of Willie Nelsons kids. Great IPAs and a great venue with Neil are an amazing combo.Regarding the pot plant, Neil gave up his life long love affair with the herb some years ago after some very serious health issues but once he divorced his wife and hooked up with Daryl Hannah, a huge weed advocate, he returned to his ways and now openly smokes a lot of "homegrown" with Willies boys before every show. A true Hippy never changes. Another Neil beer related tidbit, the first time I saw a bottle of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale was Neil drinking them on stage years ago. I remember that label and then sought It out because if Neil drank it, it had to be cool, I'll never forget my first impression when I had my first sip,it was soooooo different from any domestic brewed beer I had ever tasted, I was blown away that this beer had flavors I had never tasted in any of the run of the mill BMC shite.

Can't stop crushing these cans of 1Up. I picked up four 4-packs on release day, exchanged one to my dude for a My First Canning Line IPA 4-pack (locals only!!), and now I'm down to my last few cans... I can't comprehend how these could "peak" any more than right now so I might as well keep on crushin' I guess Am I wrong, tho?

That's awesome. Yeah, Willie's sons are solid. Willie was actually at the show, sitting on the sidelines. There was a rumor at one point in the weekend that Bob Dylan was going to do a secret show, which was plausible since they are all gearing up for Desert Trip. anyway, didn't happen, that I know of anyway.

A friend of mine has a house in Placerville, down from Telluride. Apparently Daryl Hannah has a house up the hill from him, so Neil spends a lot of time around there lately. He saw them at this hot springs place we go to (Orvis) and at Colorado Boy brewery (in Ridgeway) once

I love LA but coming back here after being in CO is a rough transition. It's so beautiful there

as an aside, I saw Daryl Hannah on a hike recently in Malibu. she still looks a'ight

how bout that Highland Park beer though. what are we canning next?

 

I am strictly starting a rumor, is it possible that we see more cans since Monkish has their own canning line? I say that because I thought I heard that HPB has had some scheduling issues with the canning line and now that monkish doesn't need it I would think it would have more free time.

Maybe HpB needs to invest in a canning machine? They should be making enough $ for one.
