I get "to each his own", but after reading most of this thread, a lot of you people shouldn't be on this site, let alone this thread! Many world class beers, just getting bashed on this thread!

Out of curiosity, have you had thier regular old Pale Ale? It's a sleeper for sure.

No I haven't, can't remember seeing it, but again I wasn't looking, I'll check it out.

Weihenstephaner Original. Big fan of Helles Lagers, but just didn't really like this stuff. Didn't hate it, but won't buy it again. Also, Pinkus Jubilate. Yuck. That was a drain pourer. I know neither of these beers are world class, but they seem to have gotten pretty good reviews here.

There are others, but these are the most recent.

Not a bad brew, but for $8/bottle, I was underwhelmed too.

KBS and FBS, strange that I love coffee but in the beer it tastes like cold stale coffee. I didn't get any bourbon from the KBS, to me BCBS and Parabola is better in every possible way.

With that said, I love the FIS and about everything else founders makes is very solid.

Supplication for me. It's good don't get me wrong but it gets a lot of hype as a sour.

Heady Topper and Maine Lunch, both were good but expected much more based on the hype and how hard they are to get.

Parabola. Good, but nowhere near the hype for me. A bit too much bourbon that over-whelmed any other flavors people raved about. Probably won't be buying any next year, so more for you all to grab (even though some stores around me still have it out on the shelf, wasn't too hard to acquire for a supposed 'whale')

I can't detect that this was even a Weizenbock. The BA destroyed the base beer. It was good, but not a 93 score; maybe mid 80's at best. Also not worth the price of $11-$12 for 22oz.

BC Cherry Rye of course. Now that you know it's not worth the hype, send it all my way 1:1 Chimay Blue all day. You can thank me later.

I have to admit that I didn't enjoy Goose Island BCBS nearly as much as I thought. While I thought it was good, I didn't enjoy it nearly as much as I do most beers of this style. This said, it was on tap at a bar where it may have been an old keg, so I do plan to try it again soon.

Pipeworks Citra Ninja was good but not worthy of the ratings.Too easy to get spoiled to Lawson's Double Sunshine and HFS Double Citra living in Vermont.
