I was wondering what people's favorite websites for ordering ingredients and supplies online were. any suggestions?

I like Northern Brewer and Morebeer. The latter has free shipping over $59.00, which is nice.

I used to really like them but they seem to be full of problems over the past year or so. My last order with them was a couple months ago and after a month they still couldn't fulfill my order and when I cancelled the one remaining part they didn't seem bothered by it.

I've used Midwest Supplies & Austin Homebrew and they both were great. I think it depends on what is cheapest IMHO.

I will usually complete my online order in Midwest/Austin/and Northern Brewer and go with the cheapest after shipping.

    Austin usually gets my business.

I have made four large orders with them and been very happy. When they were out of one ingredient I ordered, they emailed me, I called them, and they quickly filled with a similar ingredient. They threw in a gravity meter but didn't even charge me. I haven't had any problems with their products either, and shipping was always 6.99.

Hops direct was great for hops but the shipping ain't cheep there so you have to order enough to make it worthwhile.

Now I have a LHBS so ... :grinning:

This is the question I should have asked yesterday

    At one time...used BWM exclusively.
    No more.

    Poor communication.
    Slow response.

    True story -
Called the store to cancel my last and final order with BMW.
BMW staff: "Hold on while I get the the cancelled orders folder."

Another promising business ruined by success.
In any event...if you don't mind spotty service...use BNARMY in the discount code text box for 10% off entire order.
