Yeah agreed. I don't think we're all talking about the same place.

I heard the exact same conversation, absolutely ridiculous, If you saw a thirsty Aussie bloke with a green tshirt and sunnies on, that was me. I arrived about 25 minutes after the IG post, there was 4 x 4 pack of galaxy left after me...... Same thing happened at Beer Cellar apparently. Going to Riverlands tonight btw, still love those beers

A guy I know at Binny's (doesn't work for Binny's but another vendor) said there were a bunch of dudes milling about Grand today waiting for the HB stuff.

Just when I was excited that Phase 3 had taken some of the shine off them!

Correct. Hop Butcher's Instragram and Twitter page. The updates are almost never a prominent post but rather a response to someone asking is XYZ store getting it/what time? So you have to sift through the comments to see where they are going and where.

Also, Ovie under the tracks at Ogilvie Train Station got some of GBR and Super Deep In The Groove but no Marbles. FYI.

Beer Cellar is down to only Riff and has about 7 cases left. Also Double Grid and NDT on tap.

Ppl bitch when they don’t make enough of the milkshake and when they do and it’s plentiful everyone wants the TIPA cause why... it’s limited? Smh

Probably partially, yeah, but it's also a style they (well, most breweries) don't make much (Triple IPA), and it's got a killer-sounding hop combo.

Personally I was more interested in GB, so I'm glad they made a fair amount of it.

Thanks, I was planning to stop tonight to grab a can. Too bad there's no Marbles, but I'll gladly grab a can of Riff.

GBR is good. Its everything youd expect from one of their milkshake IPAs. It's almost too juicy. It has a similar juicy bite like numerous random things or whatever it was called. I think they can dial back on the passionfruit next time. There is tartness on the back end but if you're a sour drinker you wont even notice.

Super Deep Groove is solid. On the level of last week’s Halogen which means it’s good but just in the midrange of their beers. I think Riff is kind of a mess. For one, I think the heavy adjuncts kind of waste the Galaxy/Citra killer combo. But it’s extremely sweet and it’s a passion fruit bomb where the peaches are harder to find. I think maybe I’m learning the only milkshake IPA’s I like are the More Marbles or Chantilly by Phase 3. I didn’t have fun with Numerous Different Things last time out. Live and learn $18 at a time!

I’m in agreement with Riff. I don’t dislike it, but I really wish they would have left the passion fruit out and focused on the peach. I missed out on Marbles, but I somewhat agree on Groove as well. I enjoy it because of the bite, like Halogen, but consider both on the higher end of their spectrum because of that.

i feel like ive had galaxy bowl riff a million times at this point. im starting to get tired of overloading ipas with vanilla and fruit. would have preferred a regular gb drop tbh.

I haven't opened one yet, but I'm sure I'm going to agree with this. I'm incredibly over milkshake ipas

the decision to only make a thimble full of All the Marbles was a curious one...
