I'll totally disagree with this. 120 is significantly sweeter, significantly sweeter with lots more sugar sweetness.

I'd say Majaraha is probably the closest with Double Trouble and Hoptimum in the same ballpark.

I agree with Douple Trouble, but it's a little more peachy hops than Hopslam's pineapple quality.

    Another vote for Double Trouble.

In fact, I'm drinking one right now (the last one in the fridge) to confirm this. It does have many similarities to Hopslam...especially in its mouthfeel.

Burton Baton is part barel aged, and tastes worlds apart from most DIPAs, so I don't think it is comparable to any of the aforementioned beers. That said, it is friggin fantastic so go drink it anyway. And Agreed on the Maharaja, that beer is unreal! I personally think it destroys most of the top-rated IPAs. I had it fresh, along side of Enjoy By, and I think it took the cake! So floral and citrusy!

Double Jack is definitely awesome, and has the same smooth finish. Plenty of alternatives (good DIPAs), but this would be my recommendation as a substitute.

Really tough to think of a Hopslam substitute. Really isn't anything really closely related to it flavor wise. Sucks, Double Trouble, and Alchemy Hour are probably your best bets, but even those are much different.

Incorrect. Not even trolling, this assessment is way, way off base.

Lagunitas Hop Stoopid or Southern Tier Unearthly, both accessible and pretty inexpensive.

EDIT: On the other hand, 75 minute is pretty close if you can get your paws on a bottle. Dry-hopped w/ honey vs. dry hopped w/ maple syrup. Think about it.

Try Ithaca Flower Power. I think it is distributed in Mass.

Good beer, but again, IMO not very much, at all, like Hopslam.
