You're the husband and wife team that posts the videos of your brewery visits, right? if so, great stuff. The Germany and Czech ones really took me back to my days there.

As for how many I've visited, probably around 400. It's pretty easy when there are 380 breweries within an hour's drive of Bamberg, Germany, where I lived for close to 7 years.

And, to be honest, I wasn't all that impressed. I was suprised how small and simple it was.

Upwards of 75. Most, about 60, in Michigan. The rest all over the country with Alaskan being one of the favorites along with Goose Island-Clybourn and Cigar City.

I may not have the most but I think I am in the running for the farthest.....Sapporo Beer Museum and Beer Garden in Sapporo. Its also my favorite (not really the best beer but for the combination of food, beer and atmosphere).

    Breweries:
    Sapporo
    Strohs
    Highland

    Brew Pubs:
    Foothills
    Dieu du Ciel (Montreal)
    Gordon Biersch (San Jose)

I live about 2 hr drive from San Diego area, the Mecca of craft beer. In 2011 my new years resolution was to visit 52 breweries in 52 weeks. Which is totally doable with the 60+ breweries in the area, i gave up after hitting about 30 i found out that most of the smaller newer breweries are not that good. Of the 60+ in San Diego, i would say there is probably about 8-10 that are world class; ie Alpine, Stone, Alesmith, Ballast Point, Green Flash, Lost Abbey, Pizza Ports, and of course new players Rip Current, and Societe, but in my opinion the rest are mediocore at best.

I'm pretty weak in this department. 7 breweries, all in California. I hope to improve on this number in the coming years.
