I have 2 bottles of Angel's Share, and I can't find Brandy or Bourbon anywhere on the label. Any easy signs to identify which I have?

I could be wrong, but I think the Bourbon has a black label with orange lettering and the Brandy has an orange label with black lettering.

Bottles should have a "Bourbon" or "Brandy" stamped on the glass. Check around just below the neck.
