Industrial Arts Brewing (2019)

It may just be the best lager I've ever had. Finally found some locally today. But I'd drive up to the brewery to get more if necessary.

 

I've been on a lager tear this summer, and I can say this was definitely one of my favorites, along with Bells Lager of the Lakes and Suarez Cabana.

 

Oops, meant Suarez Fine Line....but Cabana was pretty good as well. Either way, preffered SL to the both of them....

 

I cannot emphasize enough how good Summer Landscape is. It’s really the perfect lager. If I was on a deserted island and this was the beer I could have unlimited...I’d die happy.

 

Alright, ALRIGHT!! You guys win... Went back to the store today and corrected my mistake and picked up a 4 pack. Chilling in the fridge and will be sampled tomorrow. Looking forward to it!

 

Couldn't find Summer Landscape so I grabbed a 4pk of Wrench instead...Canned 6/12 and still outstanding.

 

Just had my first can of Summer Landscape and I'm loving it.

@TongoRad I think you nailed it when you said it has components of a German Pils and an AAL. It has a ton of both malt and hop character/flavor and I really like how dry it finishes.

Can anyone recommend a good place to grab a bite to eat near IA?

 

What kind of food? I was partial to the filling station for burgers, fries, beer and big daddy's barbeque for well barbeque. Union Restaurant is also good if you want something more upscale.

 

Burger loft. About a 10-15 minute drive, but worth it.

 

Another nordic IPA is coming too.

 

Was the Modern Times collab ever released? I've never seen any reference to it.

 

I don't think so but I haven't been following IA that closely.

Thanks. It was originally scheduled for July and I kept checking but thought I missed it.

 

Stopped into the new Beacon location last night nice view from the deck and the beers were great.

 

The beacon location is open?! Did they have cans of week 156?
