I've seen whale testicle beer, beard yeast beer, and pizza beer... so I guess technically anything can be put into beer.

    Treacle.

It's probably been done before and I'm ignorant to it. The flavor of treacle in an old ale would be astounding.

Cucumber or juniper. Not sure if its been done with beer, but I've had dry-hopped gin before and it was an existential experience so I tend to think it would probably work the other way as well.

Yeah that´s called "tepachela" :stuck_out_tongue: it´s gross but awesome and I love it. There´s another mixture like that with a corn fermented beverage called "tejuino" and with beer it´s called "tejuichela" awesome for hangovers.

I've also had several barleywines aged in cabernet or port barrels. They turned out well.

Cilantro, lychee, and squid ink could be interesting. Something aged in Green Chartreuse barrels could also be either fucking amazing or utterly atrocious. I'd like to see someone at least try it out, though.
